• How long is shipping? 

Your package will ship via USPS. Orders will be processed within 3-4 business days and can take 2-5 business days to be delivered.  Please note that shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed, as unexpected delays may occur.  Express orders are processed and shipped within  1-2 business days

• Can I return my product(s)?

Unfortunately, at the time Snatched by Marvette is not processing refunds for the health and safety of our clients. Please reach out to us for help with sizing if you are unsure.

• Can I exchange my product(s)? 

Unfortunately, at the time Snatched by Marvette is not processing exchanges for the health and safety of our clients. Please reach out to us for help with sizing if you are unsure.

• Can I receive a refund or cancel my order?

Snatched by Marvette is only permitted to issue refunds if the company is at fault. There are absolutely NO refunds! 

How to measure your waist? 

1. Place a tape measure around your middle at a point halfway between them (just above the belly button). 
2. Find the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hips. 
3. Make sure it’s pulled tight, but isn’t digging into your skin.
4. Breathe out naturally and take your measurement.
   
5. Make your measurement again, just to be sure.
